This is a hand-built ceramic sculpture.
Made with white earthen ware clay.
Glazed and fired at 1180°C
Hand painted with gold lustre
I hand build all my sculptures using the coil, slab or pinch technique
My teapots are not built with the idea of being used as a daily teapot in mind, they are more designed to be a piece of art. However, if you did decide you wanted to use it on a rare occasion this would be fine with very careful use. Please hand wash with care after.
